Once software is selected, we act as a bridge between Businesses and Software Providers to ensure smooth implementation of the software.

>   During the entire implementation exercise, we would act as ‘Project Leader’ who would assist in implementing the proposed software. More specifically, as Project Leaders we would carry out the following -

Coordinate between the software provider and client involved to facilitate smooth implementation i.e., we would be the single point contact between XYZ ERP provider, client employees, client management;
Ensure that the time frames for implementation are adhered to; and
Proactively identify issues and ensure that roadblocks in the implementation process are addressed.

Based on our detailed diagnosis of the company, we formulate main goals of the company. We call them OKR (Objectives & Key results). Objectives are the goal that a company wants to achieve in the long term. And Key results are quantifiable KPI/metrics to track if objectives are achieved. We assess your employee skill set, organization culture, current systems & processes in place and map them to the software to ensure software gives reports on all the KPI/metrics we require.
