JOB SUMMARY:

As a SENIOR HR MANAGER,

The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing HR strategies to support our business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. The role will encompass primarily recruitment and managing employee culture/performance along with general HR duties.
  2. Support the business in managing the talent acquisition, engagement, development and retention through developing and or implementing applicable interventions periodically.
  3. Be the single point of contact for managing employee Lifecycle journey.
  4. Provide necessary assistance to employees in carrying out performance assessments.
  5. Facilitate events, workshops, and other engagement initiatives in line with the overall Employee Engagement plan.
  6. Implementing New Initiatives -supporting the business by championing new HR initiatives to increase people’s productivity.
  7. Any other responsibilities as required as HR business partner and or as directed by the management

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for the role of Senior HR Manager, candidates should meet the following qualifications and criteria:

  1. Experience and Age: Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the field of Human Resources. The ideal candidate should be above 35 years of age, or atleast 30 years of age.
  2. Career Stability: Candidates should demonstrate a track record of career stability with minimal job changes. Preference will be given to those who have stayed with a single firm for at least 3-4 years or more in their career.
  3. Superior Recruitment Skills: Has handled recruitments of senior & junior profiles and has proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  4. Prior Experience in handling Employee Culture/Policy/Grievance: Candidates should possess experience in areas such as culture development, policy making, grievance handling, employee engagement, and other aspects of HR management.
  5. Communication Skills: Oral and written English communication without any grammar errors is a must.
  6. Preferred Experience: It would be advantageous if candidate has previously worked in a service-based company.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:Any Degree, MBA in Human Resources Management/MSW or relatedsubjects.
CERTIFICATION:As required
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:6+ years of relevant experience in sizable or multinational companies.
WORK HOURS:As per company policy
