PKC Management Consulting helps organizations strengthen systems, improve operations, and scale effectively. We are looking for a proactive Growth Associate who will contribute across client outreach, research support, lead management, and communication.
Role Overview
The Growth Associate will play a key role in handling leads, supporting communication, assisting outreach initiatives, and maintaining structured reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple business functions and is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and grow quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Client Communication
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for inquiries and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and recommend relevant services or solutions.
• Generate qualified prospects and schedule meetings for the senior team.
• Share quotations and assist in preparing documents and proposals.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
• Gather basic industry insights from conversations and share relevant observations with the team.
Email Marketing & Outreach
• Execute targeted email campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and re-engagement.
• Draft email content, outreach sequences, and automated workflows.
• Track metrics such as open rates, clicks, and responses.
• Maintain segmented mailing lists and ensure database accuracy.
• Support combined outreach through email, calls, and follow-up systems.
• Monitor industry trends relevant to outreach and suggest opportunities for targeting.
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead data and status.
• Track stages, follow-up dates, and pipeline movement.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing activities, insights, and key metrics.
• Support basic competitive observation (pricing, offerings, public information) that helps in outreach positioning.
• Suggest improvements to streamline lead management and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of email marketing, outreach funnels, and communication tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (training provided).
