Executive Assistant

We are a tech-enabled accounting startup looking to grow at a fast pace in the space of
accounting outsourcing. The initial target is India and soon will be covering markets of
the US, Canada, UK & Australia.
Looking for an Executive Assistant for a CEO who is managing two businesses, a tech–
startup and a manufacturing company. A lot needs to be done at any point, and looking
to recruit an employee who is great with task management, especially with follow-ups
and coordination.
Responsibilities:

  1. Setting up meetings, and organizing calendars for the CEO. Assisting him with the
    preparation for these meetings.
  2. Coordinating with the employees of the group companies and clearing out the
    deliverables.
  3. Create, schedule, and edit the To-Do List of the CEO.
  4. Dealing with third-party vendors and getting work done.
  5. Screening new applications for positions applied for and sharing a summary report to
    the management.
    Work Experience.
  6. Three to five years work experience as an executive assistant/secretary to a top
    management is preferred.
    Skills:
  7. Excellent Follow-Up skills
  8. Quick decision maker, meticulous, and managing quick tasks.
  9. Very comfortable using a computer/smartphone, MS Excel, and the internet
  10. Excellent English (speaking) & Tamil (speaking). Knowledge of Hindi (spoken) is a
    bonus.
