JOB SUMMARY: As an Associate, in Management Consulting, you will be leading the project and reporting to the project manager and to the client. You will be responsible for the compliance of the process and systems implemented in the client company and give suggestions for consistent improvements and value additions. You shall be analyzing various operational and financial data and give key insights to the management to work on. You will be preparing and reviewing the periodical MIS reports and presenting them to the clients. You shall also develop a strong relationship with the clients & ensure superior client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit of the processes and system in place by various audit and analytical methodologies and reporting to the management about the observations and implications of those insights
  • Troubleshoot the current process regularly and find improvements to increase efficiency
  • Analyze the cross-functional MIS reports from various departments and provide the management with a monthly presentation about the performance of the company
  • Periodical cost analysis and providing the inputs for the management
  • Prepare for & lead meetings with client CEOs & other senior management.
  • Meet client employees in different departments & levels to enable effective implementation of suggestions.
  • Meet with business owners to understand and assess their needs as well as technical requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, etc.
  • Train in-house talent to acquire consulting skill sets.
  • Provide practical solutions to business problems by identifying gaps and inefficiencies in current working.
  • Execution of client’s requirements

Qualification: B Com, BBA (Preferred)
