Taxation
PKC Management Consulting is looking for Assistant Manager in Taxation department in Chennai.
- Preparation of simple to complex tax returns for individuals or small businesses.
- Knowledge of state (GST, ESI etc.,) and central (TDS, PF, EXCISE etc.,) tax provisions.
- Prior work exposure of preparation of financial statements in Schedule VI format.
- Knowledge of Form 3 CD, transfer pricing reports, MAT reports, CARO and other reports as per the provisions of the relevant Acts.
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles.
- Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirements.
- Provide general support/opinion to clients in attending to their queries on tax related matters both in written and oral form.
Required Experience:
- Qualified / Semi-Qualified CA.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Tax provisions.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Tally (All Versions).
- Ability to prepare cash and funds flow statement.
- Ability to lead the statutory audit team.
- Knowledge about ITR Forms.
