Digital Marketing Mgr – Organic SEO Growth & CRO

Position Overview

PKC Management Consulting is seeking a technically proficient Digital Marketing Manager specialising in organic growth and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer with a passion for elevating organic visibility, optimising user journeys, and increasing high-quality website leads through best-in-class SEO and CRO practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organic Growth Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy encompassing technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, content marketing, and authority building to drive sustainable increases in organic website traffic and lead generation.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):
    Lead CRO initiatives by analysing user behaviour, mapping customer journeys, and designing A/B and multivariate tests. Implement technical and content-based enhancements to optimise conversion funnels and maximise lead capture from organic channels.
  • Technical SEO Implementation:
    Conduct regular technical SEO audits, resolve crawl and indexing issues, optimise site architecture, and implement structured data to ensure maximum search engine visibility and performance.
  • Content Strategy & Optimisation:
    Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimise high-quality, search-optimised content that addresses target audience needs, improves engagement, and enhances organic rankings.
  • Performance Analytics:
    Utilise advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor organic performance, identify growth opportunities, and report on key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Stay abreast of the latest SEO and CRO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Proactively test and implement new tactics to maintain a leading edge in organic growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Partner with web development, design, and content teams to ensure technical and creative alignment for all organic growth and CRO initiatives.

Key Skillset

  • Technical SEO Mastery:
    In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, site speed optimisation, mobile-first indexing, and resolving crawl errors.
  • CRO Expertise:
    Proven ability to design, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests, interpret user behaviour data, and implement changes to improve conversion rates from organic channels.
  • Content Optimisation:
    Experience in keyword research, content gap analysis, and on-page optimisation to improve organic rankings and user engagement.
  • Analytical Proficiency:
    Advanced skills in using analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Hotjar) for performance tracking and insight generation.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation:
    Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.
  • Project Management:
    Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Experience Required

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in organic digital marketing, with a strong track record in technical SEO and CRO.
  • CRO Leadership:
    Demonstrable experience leading CRO projects focused on organic traffic, including test ideation, execution, and implementation of conversion improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Advanced user of SEO and analytics tools, with a history of delivering measurable improvements in organic visibility and website lead generation.
